Situated on Mamaia Boulevard, Delfinariu area, gateway to Mamaia resort, Boulevard complex of hotels is one of the most refined and elegant complex of buildings which ennobles the city of Constanta. In front of Boulevard complex, in the south-west of the city, lays the wonderful panorama of Tabacarie Lake . On the very place where the modern Boulevard complex rose, the greatest playwright I.L.Caragiale used to walk. His story is simple, but not known by many people. Here, on Mamaia Boulevard , in a mansion owned by his friend, engineer Zossima, the writer used to meet important personalities such as: Vlahuta, Delavrancea, N.I.Roman or the painter Grigorescu.
